Founded in Townsville in 2016, K ROV introduced something new to Australian waters: the country’s first remotely operated vehicle (ROV) in-water hull cleaning. We began with one clear purpose, and that was to provide a ship hull cleaning solution that is eco-friendly, effective and safe. The need was real, the response was strong and our business grew quickly.
To support our growth, we relocated to Brisbane and expanded our services to include hull inspections and commercial diving.
Today, we support our customers across the East Coast of Australia – from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast, Bundaberg and Gladstone – with innovative and effective ROV hull cleaning systems, hull inspections to assess structural soundness, coating performance and underwater growth, Civil Marine Works, OPL and in-port operations, and commercial diving services for underwater cleaning and maintenance.
